She dyed her hair blonde. Selena Gomez is a blonde now. Beyond that, I’m not sure what else I need to know about it. I was actually perfectly fine going about my existence today not knowing about Selena Gomez’s hair, so I’m not really sure I even needed to know that.
It baffles me that People Magazine would even make the assumption that anyone has a deep need to know anything about a celebrity changing her hair color, but beyond that I’m amazed that such a story was even written. I’m further saddened and appalled by the fact that I’m sure countless of America’s best and brightest citizens clicked on this headline.
If you’re the type of person who sits around and wonders why a reality TV star is the president of the United States, why the American people can’t recognize the Declaration of Independence when they see it, and why so many people don’t know why we celebrate the Fourth of July, this headline speaks volumes. Our society is far too obsessed with celebrity hair styles and award shows to care about important issues.Click here for reuse options!
